Privacy Policy

When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter. Depending on what you fill in, this may include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your service address and ZIP code
• Your preferred delivery date
• Service details, such as dumpster size, project or debris type, material type, and quantity
• Any notes you add

We also record which language version of the website you used, so we can follow up in that language.

If you contact us directly by phone, text, or email, we receive the information you choose to share with us.

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may also automatically process basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver and secure the website.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your quote request
• Communicate with you about your request or project
• Provide dumpster rental and material delivery services
• Manage leads and service requests
• Operate, maintain, and secure our website, including preventing spam and abuse
• Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, and measure whether our online ads lead to quote requests, only if you allow measurement

Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that helps distinguish real visitors from automated bots. To do this, Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address, browser and user-agent information, and related security signals.

Turnstile is used only for this security check. The details you type into the quote form are sent to us, not to Cloudflare.

We share information with service providers that help us run our website, communications, automation, security, and lead management. Each receives only the information needed for its role. These currently include:

• Vercel — hosts our website and processes quote requests submitted through it.
• Cloudflare — provides Turnstile bot and spam protection, as described above.
• n8n — workflow automation that routes quote requests to our internal records.
• Google — Google Sheets, where we track quote requests, and Gmail, where we receive request notifications and communicate by email.
• Google Analytics — optional website analytics, used only if you allow measurement, as described below.
• Google Ads — optional ad conversion measurement, used only if you allow measurement, as described below.

We may also disclose information when we believe it is required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Calice Stone, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use Google Analytics, a website analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our website and to improve it. We also use Google Ads conversion measurement, provided by Google, to learn whether our Google ads lead to quote requests. Both are optional and share a single choice: they are turned on only after you choose "Allow Measurement" in our measurement preferences. If you choose "Decline," or don't make a choice, neither Google Analytics nor Google Ads measurement is loaded.

When measurement is allowed, Google Analytics may use cookies and process information such as your browser and device information, approximate location derived by the analytics service, pages you view, your interactions with the site (for example, submitting a quote request or tapping to call or text us), and referral or source information about how you reached our site.

When measurement is allowed, Google Ads may also use advertising-related cookies and identifiers, such as a cookie recording that you arrived by clicking one of our ads, to connect an ad click with a later quote request. When a quote request is successfully submitted, we send Google Ads a "Quote Submitted" conversion event. That event does not include your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, notes, or any other details you enter in the quote form.

We do not use Google Ads for remarketing or personalized advertising at this time. Ad personalization is turned off for our website, and we do not use Google's enhanced conversions feature to send customer information to Google.

We do not intentionally send the personal information you enter in the quote form, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, or notes, to Google Analytics. For quote requests, we record only general details, such as the type of service requested.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie / Measurement Preferences" link at the bottom of any page. If you turn measurement off, we stop sending analytics and ad measurement data and remove the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies set by our site where possible.

Strictly necessary technologies, such as Cloudflare Turnstile for security and spam protection, are separate from optional measurement and are not affected by this choice. Apart from the Google Ads conversion measurement described above, we do not currently use advertising or remarketing cookies or tracking pixels. If we add other analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, or service-related purposes, such as responding to your request, providing services, and keeping appropriate business records.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. However, no website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us at contact@calicestone.com to ask questions about your personal information or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we have about you, subject to applicable law and exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

If applicable under California law, California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information, such as the right to know what personal information has been collected and to request its correction or deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

You can also decline or change your measurement preference at any time, as described in "Analytics, Ad Measurement, and Cookies" above.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
